ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds. No Exceptions. All items are hand made, custom and one of one. I take extreme care to measure each item accurately, and make sure you have every bit of information you need on each listed item. If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out before you make a purchase!



I do not give refunds for lost/stolen/missing packages. These things are completely out of my control. If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not updated in over a week, please contact your local post office. Once the package has been given to the postal service, it is officially out of my hands. I see the same tracking information you do! If your package has been marked as delivered, I am not responsible for the missing mail. Often times packages are stolen, picked up by others by mistake, put in your neighbor's mailbox, etc. I highly, highly recommend making sure your package is being delivered to a safe location that you are confident in.

If your package was marked as delivered but you don't have it, I recommend the following: 

1. Waiting a few days to see if it gets delivered. Often times postal workers mark something as delivered because they forgot to drop it off when they were at your stop. If this is the case, it'll be delivered within 1-2 business days!

2. Ask your neighbors! Packages are mis-delivered all the time, especially if you live in an apartment complex.

3. Pop by the post office to see if they're holding it. Sometimes they forget to leave pick-up notices.


It is up to the buyer to have packages delivered to a secure location. I know large companies like Amazon will replace stolen items, I however, am not Amazon. I cannot afford to replace stolen items.
My goods are handmade and mostly one of a kind - this means they are irreplaceable. As mush as it isn't your fault, it isn't mine either, and as a small business, I appreciate your understanding in the matter!


I will do free repairs on my own work if it's due to construction. I can possibly repair any other damage caused by normal wear and tear - depending on the level of mending needed. You have up to 90 days to report any damage. After the 90 day period, I am happy to repair your item, but it will come with a cost.
I'm also open to patchwork repairs on items you currently own.
